Certification Course
The Develop Your Authority Certification Program is a 3-month online transformational training designed to equip individuals with the tools, mindset, and mastery required for self-leadership and emotional resilience. This program addresses the rising demand for structured, high-level personal development frameworks that create measurable and lasting change. The challenge facing many individuals today whether leaders, professionals, or seekers is a lack of structured guidance to move from theory to embodied practice in their personal growth.
In this course you will embark on an enriching journey, with the first three distinct phases lasting one month each. Class meets every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST, and throughout the program, you’ll receive handouts, complete homework assignments, and engage in guided journaling exercises designed to deepen your learning and integrate the material into real-life practice. After graduation students have the option to continue with a 90-day practicum and mentorship focused on applying skills in real-world scenarios.

First Month
Develop Your Authority
The First Month, named "Develop Your Authority", is the beginner course where you’ll learn to quiet self-doubt, uncover your authentic values, and start leading yourself with courage and clarity. Through powerful self-discovery exercises, you’ll develop the tools to:

Embody Your Authority
The Second Month, named "Embody Your Authority", is the intermediate course. This program takes you beyond mindset and into embodiment. It’s designed to help you align your thoughts, words, and actions so you can confidently lead in your personal and professional life. In this course, you’ll learn to:

Third Month
Master Your Authority
The Third Month, named "Master Your Authority", is the advanced course. This is the certification-level training and for those ready to step fully into leadership of themselves, their work, and their impact on others. You’ll master advanced tools for self-leadership and emotional intelligence including:

For the first three months, class will meet twice per week (Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00–8:00 PM PST), providing 16 instructional hours each month, totaling 48 hours of live instruction. After graduation, students will have the option to enroll in The Post-Graduate Mentorship Program which is an exclusive three-month advanced training designed for graduates who are ready to transform their newly learned skills into a profession.

The Mentorship Program is an exclusive three-month advanced training designed for graduates of the Develop Your Authority© Certification Training who are ready to transform their skills into a profession. Created for those seeking to establish themselves as Life Coaches, this program provides both advanced coaching methodologies and practical business development strategies. It is the bridge between personal mastery and professional practice, guiding you to embody the principles you’ve learned while building a sustainable and impactful coaching career.
